Cebu Rainbow Head 01
Not many rainbow heads can be found in the Philippines, probably in Manila, but not so much in Cebu. But I know there are some out there and I'll make it my mission to find every rainbow head I can find!
Here is a friend of mine, a true rainbow head who ain't afraid to go out in public with a head full of color. Way to go! He's name is Edelson Llamada. Fearless, and unafraid to stand out of the crowd! There should be more brave souls to go out in public with a head full of colored hair. Edelson has tried lots of colors, more on two-tones, but for this week, he used all of his Manic Panic jars and went full rainbow. Here are some pics of his awesome look:

Amazing ain't it?! If you know any more Cebuano rainbow heads out there, let me know! I'd like to have them on my blog! ^_^

After Beach Results with Jerome Russell Punky Colour
Just a few days after I’ve colored half of my hair with Jerome Russell Punky Colour in the color Turquoise and Manic Panic in Ultra Violet, my workmates and I went out island hopping!

My hair hasn’t gotten wet since I dyed it, so I knew things would get messy. And it sure did! But not so much of course. The color just dripped down to my neck and on to my white top that I wore while swimming. My hair was up in a bun, so the color didn’t stain my whole top, just more of the straps and neckline at the back. I was afraid the color would fade all too soon!
But much to my suprise, after rinsing the sea water away with shampoo and conditioner, the Jerome Russell turquoise color still remained vibrant and strong in color. The Manic Panic Ultra Violet didn’t last though, but there were still some signs of it left. A bit disappionted, I have to admit, but proud of the Jerome Russell Punky Colour!

I definitely recommend this product. It still stains a lot even when dry, (I sleep with a towel on my pillow and its really stained right now) but the color really lasts despite being under the sun and in sea water for more than 3 hours! This sunburn I have though.. ouch!
Jerome Russell Punky Colour Review
Two weeks ago, I’ve colored the lower half of my hair using Jerome Russell Punky Colour in the color Turquoise. I’ve also used Manic Panic in Ultra Violet for contrast, and all I can say is that I LOVE the results!
But I’m focusing more on the Jerome Russell product for this review since Manic Panic has had a lot of reviews. Though don’t get me wrong, I love Manic Panic!

When I opened up the Turquoise bottle and applied the product on my hair, the smell was just wonderful! It smelled like mint bubblegum. I wonder if the smell is the same for all other colors? Anyways, it was easy to apply and it spread through each strand with ease. I didn’t need much because even a small amount stained my hair instantly.
I was in a rush that day, so I had no time to wait for an hour. I waited only about less than 30 minutes before I rinsed the product away. I was pretty nervous about the results, but I had to rinse right away. I used hot water mixed with lukewarm water so I’m able to still touch it with my hands.
Now, let me explain. It has always been an advice (especially with Manic Panic) that you should flat iron your hair after rinsing and drying it to make the color last. Since I broke my flat iron (boohoo!) I had the theory of using hot water instead. ‘Cuz what was the difference anyway? I still need heat to make it last longer, right? I’ve already tested this theory of mine with my Manic Panic (the first time I’ve used it, just about a month ago) and I think it did as I’ve hoped. Even before applying Jerome Russell, i still had some strands in Ultra Violet.
So here are the results:
